ModZ offers comprehensive Warranties on Most of our services and ALL of our Custom Machines. This page details the specifics of these warranties!
Service Warranties
All of our hardware services come standard with a full 2 year warranty on labor. If anything happens to the component(s) we installed, we will replace the parts free of charge to the client within the 2 year period. Please note, that while the labor is totally free, the parts, however, are not, and client will be responsible for buying a suitable replacement part. We have many certified parts in our warehouses ready to be used when applicable that we offer from little to no mark-up. Feel free to ask us in such an instance!
*Unfortunately, ModZ does not offer any warranties on software troubleshooting, virus removals, or diagnostic work as it’s impossible to warranty things like this. Thank you for understanding!
Tech Support
Tech support refers to phone consulting for applicable machines and devices that we’ve setup for you and you’ve either purchased or come standard with said support.
This support is for phone consulting/advice only and does NOT include physical service which in most cases will cost extra.
Custom Machine Warranties
All of our custom Pcs come with a full 5 year warranty on labor. This applies to LABOR ONLY so needless to say, you will want to take care of your system. (your technician will give you tips on how to keep your system working smoothly upon pick-up)
However, if anything should happen to your PC in the 5 year period, we will fix it for absolutely free with only the price of the parts needed to make the repair billed to the customer.
